Rubber products are made of rubber raw materials and are mixed with rubber raw materials as raw materials. The formula is designed according to the characteristics of the required rubber products during refining, and the required product hardness is determined. The product is molded by a rubber flat vulcanizer. After the product is formed, the product is flicked and the surface is smooth and burr-free.
Rubber is a hot-soluble and thermoset elastomer, while plastic is a hot-soluble and cold-set elastomer. Due to different main body of vulcanized species, rubber has a considerable gap in the temperature range of molding and curing, and can even be affected by climate changes and indoor temperature and humidity. Therefore, the production conditions of rubber finished products need to be adjusted appropriately at any time. If not, differences in product quality may occur.
