Physical Properties
COLOUR ：light gold
SOLID BY WEIGHT ： 45±2.0% stoved 30 min @ 180℃
VISCOSITY ： 90-130 secs (Apply 4 cups @ 25℃)
Application Parameters
SUBSTRATE ：ETP/TFS and aluminum
APPLICATION METHOD ：sheet coating, roller coater
APPLICATION VISCOSITY ： 90-130 seconds
THINNER ： V3008
CLEANER ： V3008
DRY FILM WEIGHT ： 9-12 gsm；
STOVING SCHEDULE ： 10-12 minutes/180-185℃
STIRRING ：
Stir for 15-30minutes before use.
Additional Information
HANDLING PROCEDURE ：
5-35℃，store out of sunlight
SHELF LIFE ：
6 months @25℃ in original sealed container
PACKING SIZE ：20kg/barrel
