RECOMMENDED USE ：
Epoxy phenolic gold lacquer，used for beverage can, food can and lug cps.

SOLID BY WEIGHT ： 36±2.0% stoved 30 min @ 180℃
VISCOSITY ： 100- 140 secs (Apply 4 cups @ 25℃)
Application Parameters
SUBSTRATE ： ETP\TFS and aluminum
APPLICATION METHOD ： sheet coating, roller coater
APPLICATION VISCOSITY ： 120± 20 seconds
THINNER ： T3300
CLEANER ： T3300
DRY FILM WEIGHT ：
single coat 7-8 gsm
double coat 5.5-6.5gsm+5.5-6.5gsm
size coat 4-5 gsm
STOVING SCHEDULE ：
size coat 10min/180-185℃(PMT)
single or top coat10min/200-205℃(PMT)
STIRRING ：
Stir for 15-30minutes before use at original packaging
Additional Information
HANDLING PROCEDURE ：
5-35℃，store out of sunlight
SHELF LIFE ：
6months @25℃ in original sealed container
PACKING SIZE ：20kg or 200kg/barrel
