Item description

RECOMMENDED USE：Saturated polyester based exterior white enamel for 3PC beverage and food can body, good UV ink adhesion.
Physical Properties:
COLOUR ：white, ligth or custom made
SOLID BY WEIGHT ： 65±2% stoved 30 min @ 180℃
VISCOSITY ： 160- 200 secs (Ford 4 cups @ 25℃)
Application Parameters:
SUBSTRATE ： ETP
APPLICATION METHOD ：sheet coating, roller coater
APPLICATION VISCOSITY ： 180±20 seconds
THINNER ：1#Solvent
CLEANER ：1#Solvent
DRY FILM WEIGHT ： 14-16 gsm
STOVING SCHEDULE ：10 minutes/180-183℃ (PMT)
STIRRING ：
Stir in the original barrel for 15-30 minutes to adjust to the appropriate viscosity for the machine
Additional Information
HANDLING PROCEDURE ：5-35℃，store out of sunlight
SHELF LIFE ：6months @25℃ in original sealed container
